Sarah Franco

Sarah Franco is the Director of JAFCO.

JAFCO is a non-profit licensed and accredited agency providing an entire continuum of child welfare services to abused, neglected, abandoned and special needs children and their families in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. In keeping with JAFCO’s stated mission every child deserves a safe and loving home; JAFCO programs include foster care, adoption, family preservation, therapy, mentoring, group home, emergency shelter and independent living.
